We have designed and launched a corrugated alternative to the traditional pulp egg box.

Baking has seen a huge surge in popularity during the Corona  virus crisis as millions of people are confined to their home.

We've all seen the empty spaces on the shelves where there should be flour, icing sugar and yeast, but what you may not have noticed is the change in the boxes containing your eggs.

The traditional moulded paper pulp egg carton supplies have, in many cases, been exhausted as eggs which would normally have been bulk packed for catering are diverted to retail, forcing egg producers to look for alternatives.  One of our customers was keen to avoid the plastic alternatives.  In response, we designed a corrugated cardboard alternative for 6 eggs.

Made from FSC^® certified cardboard and recyclable in consumers normal kerbside recycling, they help demonstrate continued environmental responsibility to your customers even during this challenging time.  These egg boxes are also biodegradable and compostable, however with a view to creating a circular economy, recycling so that the material can go on to make other products is preferable than sending to landfill.

With a larger and improved print area compared to standard economy egg boxes, they also present a greater opportunity to communicate your brand message.  From 1 colour to full colour, your own bespoke branding can be applied.  Alternatively, they suit most standard egg carton labels.

The egg boxes are supplied flat packed, bundled in 20's and can be delivered nationally across the UK.  The minimum order for a bespoke bulk production run is 7,100 lots but we are working with partners who are stocking the egg boxes for despatch in smaller quantities and would be pleased to put you in touch with them.

Outer cases can also be supplied to enable quick, easy and safe despatch direct to your customers in small quantities.
